Quality
For pillow and duvet spring, we always use 100 % pure, Oeko-Tex certified cotton in a good long-fiber quality that provides a strong, durable and flexible fabric. Natural filling is washed and heat-treated according to the standards in the DOWNAFRESH® certification, so it is guaranteed free of dustmites and other allergens. In 2020, we have decided that natural fillings in our own brands must also be DOWNAFRESH® greenLine certified, which will be implemented continuously in all our product lines.

Quilts of Denmark collaborates with various, independent organizations to ensure the health and quality of our products. That is why our duvets and pillows are provided with several different certifications and brands, which is a guarantee that they comply with all laws and keep what they promise.
We are i.a. member of the European Down & Feather Association EDFA (European Down & Feather Association). EDFA is the European organization that draws up regulations and standards to ensure that the product qualities promised to customers are also complied with. www.edfa.eu

Downpass 2017DOWNPASS is a quality control, which at the same time documents that down and feathers from waterfowl such as ducks and geese, which are used for filling material in clothing, outdoor equipment and duvets and pillows, have been obtained in an ethically sound manner. Daunasan® / Downafresh®The DAUNASAN® and DOWNAFRESH® certification ensures that the products meet cleanliness and hygiene requirements in accordance with the European standard EN12935. The natural filling is washed and heat-treated so that it does not contain dustmites or other allergens.
