NorviGroup A/S

NorviGroup A/S is Scandinavia's largest producer of down products for the bedding industry, and consists of NorviGroup Norway AS, located in Norway, NorviGroup Sweden AB and NorviGroup Denmark A/S, which shares address with the parent company in Denmark. The group is owned by the Norwegian brothers Stein and Trond Lie and the Dane Carsten Friis, who also owns Dansani A/S among others.

In 2019, Quilts of Denmark A/S changed its name to NorviGroup Denmark A/S • Quilts of Denmark in connection with the merger with Nordic Form AS. The company was established back in 2000 and has from the beginning been known for innovation - such as. development of the active temperature regulating duvet, which was the first of its kind. The quality has always been - and remains in focus.

Nordic Form AS also changed its name to NorviGroup Norwegian Down AS in connection with the merger. In addition to producing duvets and pillows, the company is known for its designs and development of e.g. bedding and accessories for the sleeping environment.
